We wanted to let you know the new admin order form will automatically activate on events created after February 4, 2020. We hope you’re as excited as we are!
Events currently on sale will continue to use the old form. If you would like a current event to use the new form, let us know. We can easily enable it.
Note: The new form is only available for general admission events. Reserved events will be able to use it soon!
What’s changing for you?
Nothing! You can continue to place admin orders as normal.

While no actions are required, we encourage you to provide feedback as you try out the new form. Click here to learn how to customize fields on the form. We encourage you to do this at a time not critical for ticket sales, to try out the new design and functionality.
